We offer free shipping on all UK pre-orders. Please refer to the product description for details on when your item is expected to be dispatched.
Please allow 3–5 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.
International orders (including pre-orders) are charged a flat shipping rate of £15.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services. However estimated delivery is 7-10 working days from dispatch.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. BENÉ OFFICIAL has no control over these charges and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If an international order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, or incorrect address details, shipping costs are non-refundable. If the parcel is returned to us in its original condition, store credit may be issued at our discretion. If the parcel is destroyed or not returned to us, no store credit will be provided.
