“BENÉ OFFICIAL”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to BENÉ OFFICIAL Ltd. “You” refers to any visitor or customer placing an order.
Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract forms only when your items are dispatched.

Orders are processed immediately and cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion (including suspected fraudulent orders, chargeback risks, stock unavailability or pricing errors).
Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Prices may change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order accordingly.

We accept major credit/debit cards, Klarna, and Clearpay (subject to approval for UK customers). Missed payments may affect your credit rating. Additional terms may apply via Klarna and Clearpay.

We use fraud-screening tools and may request additional verification before dispatch. Orders failing verification may be cancelled and refunded.
Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, including billing details, shipping addresses and contact details.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed under the same account, card, billing address or shipping address that appears linked to bulk purchasing, reselling or suspicious activity.
Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes may exclude certain products or sale items.

Only one code may be used per order unless stated otherwise. Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added later.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions without notice.
Shipping & Delivery (for United Kingdom and International orders)

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

United Kingdom orders are shipped free of charge. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

International orders, including pre-orders, are charged a flat shipping rate of £15. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days from dispatch, however delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.

We do not currently offer next-day or express delivery services.

UK orders include all applicable duties and taxes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Risk passes to the customer once the parcel has been handed to the courier. After dispatch, BENÉ OFFICIAL is not liable for loss, delay, or damage in transit. Customers must contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate and complete. BENÉ OFFICIAL cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit (for United Kingdom and International orders)
At BENÉ OFFICIAL, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
Please note that at this time and with plans to change in the foreseeable future, we do not issue refunds to the original payment method. All eligible returns are processed as exchanges or store credit only.
Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date your parcel is delivered to request a return for store credit or an exchange only.

Our team will review your request and provide next steps, including return instructions.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer an exchange for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, your return will be processed for store credit.
All returned items (for store credit or an exchange) must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original packaging

With all tags, labels, and branded materials intact
Store Credit
If your item is no longer available for exchange, we’ll issue a BENÉ OFFICIAL store credit for the full value of your returned item(s).
Store credit will be sent via email as a unique code or voucher once your return is received and approved.
Store credit details:

Valid for 12 months from the date of issue (unless otherwise stated)

Can be used on www.beneofficial.com at checkout

Can be combined with other payment methods if your new order exceeds your store credit value

Non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient

Single-use only and not exchangeable for cash, refunds, or chargebacks

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service and keeping proof of postage until your return is processed.
Please note that BENÉ OFFICIAL is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels during return transit. Any claims should be made directly with your chosen courier.
International Orders - Customs & Returned Shipments
If an international order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, or incorrect address details, shipping costs are non-refundable. If the parcel is returned to us in its original condition, store credit may be issued at our discretion. If the parcel is destroyed or not returned, no store credit will be provided.
Return Approval
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or store credit if returned items do not meet the conditions outlined above — including signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging or tags.
Sale / Clearance Items
Items marked as sale, clearance or “final” are non-returnable and non-refundable. All such purchases are final.
Product Availability & Accuracy

Our products are produced in limited quantities. Availability cannot be guaranteed. We may limit sales of products to any individual, region or jurisdiction at our discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service without notice.

We make every effort to display colours, textures and images accurately, but variations may occur due to screen settings.
Fraud & Chargebacks

All orders are monitored for fraud. We may request proof of identity, billing address or other verification before shipping. Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation and refund.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute after receiving goods constitutes fraud and will be pursued legally. We provide full evidence (order details, delivery confirmation, tracking) to payment processors and law enforcement when necessary.

Customers who repeatedly raise disputes may be banned from ordering.
Intellectual Property
All content on www.beneofficial.com including text, images, logos, graphics and designs is the property of BENÉ OFFICIAL Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written consent.
Website Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. Attempting to interfere with our website’s operation, introducing malicious code, or engaging in fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user breaching these terms.
User Submissions
Any feedback, suggestions or content submitted to BENE OFFICIAL may be used by us without obligation or compensation. We are not required to maintain such submissions in confidence.
Limitation of Liability

Severability

Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services at any time without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms. Any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination will survive termination.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact contact@beneofficial.com. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days and will provide updates if delays occur.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
